More than a quarter century of service in the RCMP has shown me the importance of perseverance in the face of challenges.

As a BROKER, I have done more extensive studies in the area of real estate and I make this additional knowledge and competence available to my clients, at no extra charge.
One of my specialty areas is the Briston condominium complex near Robert Bateman elementary school on Blohm Drive.
As a result of the phenomenal success I have experienced in this complex over the years, I am known there as the 'Briston Piston!',
This tremendous success has resulted in my son Eric joining me in my practice. As a fully licenced real estate professional, he plays an important role in ensuring all our clients receive timely assistance. Eric has been a part of the operations since 2000, and is particularly active in working with our in-town and out-of town buyers.
