Real Estate to Yatin is not new, his first business card in 1987 was of a property dealer.
He is licensed with the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board as an Active Member and has done and doing the continuing education courses to update his knowledge and skills in the real estate field. He is bachelor of commerce with a level-3 in C.G.A. accounting and understands the money and numbers very well.
His sales experiences goes in the field of stock market, electronics, mortgage and life insurance. Having said that he is Full Time Realtor with Sutton - Premier Realty and devote his total time and expertise to qualify and understand his client’s real estate needs and deliver the value on timely and professionally.
He is well known to the Lower Mainland area (Vancouver, New Westminster, North Vancouver, Richmond, Burnaby, Surrey, Coquitlam, White Rock, Langley, Delta & Abbotsford)and believes that timing and proper decision is the key for his clients and himself to achieve the real estate goals. Yatin has been an entrepreneur in real estate and buying, investing and selling real estate for many years.
