Address of home: number of sq. ft. not including basement (just measure the outside of your home by width and depth and multiply): kitchen or dining room y/n?: livingroom: no. of bedrooms: finished basement:number of bathrooms: central air- y/n: type of heat: insulated - y/n: garage size if any: fenced yard? (link;wood; stone or other): landscaped yard - y/n.
Details as to renovations, year and type.
What upgrades?Electrical/plumbing? Newer hot water tank, furnace,etc. What appliances go with the home?

Interviewing Real Estate Agents
Once you have decided on selling your home or buying another home, it is time to choose the agent that is not only qualified but right for you.
An agent must be able to ensure you realize today's market value of the home you are selling or buying. That agent should then be able to show you how to get top dollar for your home.
Selling? What will the agent do for you? How many advertisements, where?, how many open houses? Can I get multiple offers on my home? Buying? Is the home you are thinking of buying worth that price in today's market? Will you be able to get your money back if you plan on making upgrades to the home?
What is the best area for children should you have any. What are the local schools, churches, playgounds, crime rate statistics for that area?
Your agent should be able to answer these questions and show you how he/she came to those conclusions.
You want an agent with not only the real estate skills you need but an agent with integrity and one you can depend on in the years to come.
