Buying a Home?

My role as your buyer's agent is to provide you with the information you need to make the purchase of a home as enjoyable as possible, reducing the stress, and keeping you informed of all the steps involved so you understand the complete process.  My market and product knowledge along with my negotiating skills ensure that you are fully informed and well represented during the purchase and possession of your new home. 

In order for me to provide the very best service to you, I will need to know the most important features about the type of home you want. We'll search the listings and I will do a daily review of new listings for you. Your concerns and interests come first. I will provide professional guidance throughout your purchase agreemeent, from negotiations to removal of conditions, following up with lawyers, and be there for your final inspection on possession day.

Marketing a home?

The most important aspect of listing your home is setting the right price.  We will carefully evaluate the market to determine a fair price that will attract qualified buyers.  When you list your home with me, my marketing plan includes newspaper advertising, hosting open house days, producing full color feature sheets, and promoting your home over the internet in a variety of ways. I will make any recommendations that are necessary to prepare your home for market. To ensure that we are current, I will provide regular updates and market reviews. I will do regular inspections of vacant properties.

Once we have an offer, I will represent you and negotiate the best possible price and terms for you with buyers or their agents to create a win-win agreement so both you and the buyer are satisfied.  After the sale, I will follow up to ensure a smooth transition on all mortgage, title and other closing procedures.  I will handle possession day (keys, etc.)

I will be happy to provide you with a package that details all you need to know about moving to Calgary. Where are the nearest schools, transportation information, community profiles, and any other information you may want to know about our city.
