I have access to extensive knowledge of the local market and have contacts in the community that can help me gather that information. I have access to all the properties that are for Sale , Hotsheets, Foreclosed, Court ordered sales quicker than the public.

Please know that working with me will give you the many advantages that are critical to your success.

Please realize that real estate transactions are too complicated to undertake without the services of a professional Realtor. I am an honest, energetic, hardworking person dedicated to producing quick results while meeting your needs.

If you are interested in buying or selling a condo, townhome, house, acreage or land to build, I would love the opportunity to meet with you and discuss your real estate needs. Call me today or send me an e-mail. I'm waiting to hear from you!

Please note that buying and selling a home is among the largest financial decisions most people will ever make. I do not take my role in this transaction lightly and will go the extra mile to ensure a successful outcome. I look forward to assisting you or anybody you know with any of your real estate needs, now or in the future!!

Listings Supplied By MLS.ca:

Buying real estate is a complex matter and can be especially confusing for the first-time homebuyer. Do yourself a favour and learn as much about the process as you can before you begin. There are plenty of resources on the Internet, and most real estate offices will have pamphlets to explain things in plain language.

As a buyer, it usually costs nothing to hire a real estate professional to help you find and purchase a home--your Realtor will likely get a portion of the commission the seller pays to his Realtor. When choosing an agent, get referrals from friends, relatives, and co-workers, and then interview as many agents as possible. Pick an agent that works in the neighbourhoods you're interested in. Listen to your agent, but make your own decision.

There are a number of improvements that you can make to your house that will provide a greater-than-100% return on your initial investment. Chief among these is having your house painted, but you should also consider kitchen and bathroom renovations, adding fireplaces and skylights, and attic or basement conversions.

Contrary to popular belief, building a swimming pool is not a good capital investment, and will usually only add 33% of its cost to your home's final sale price. Any purchase offer you make should be contingent upon your approval of a qualified home inspector's report, even when buying a new or almost new home. Friends, family, or your Realtor may be able to refer you to a good inspector, or you can contact the Better Business Bureau for a list. Even if your lender does not require it, you may want to consider conducting a full land survey--property line disputes could potentially cost you thousands down the road, and are typically not covered by title insurance.
