Beautiful Historic downtown Huntsville is a must see. It offers a variety of quaint shops, coffee cabins, and eatery's. As you stroll along the Historic streets of downtown Huntsville you will have the opportunity to view the breathtaking bronze statue of Tom Thomson located outside the Algonquin Theatre. The Theatre hosts a wide variety of plays, musical performances, and presentations. Huntsville has a lot to offer both visitors and residents! We are only about 2.5 hours from Toronto!

Huntsville has several public schools, a separate school (St. Mary's),a district high school and French Immersion. There are 2 private schools and a Montessori school.RECREATION
Muskoka, Canada is about 2500 square miles and consists of 1600 shimmering lakes, thundering waterfalls and sheer granite cliffs, aromatic pine forests and dense maple forests that turn crimson and gold in the Autumn.
There is lots to do in both winter and summer! In the winter, you can play hockey, figure skate, curl, ski, ice fish and snowmobile. In the summer, there is soccer, lacrosse, baseball, boating, swimming and fishing. Our arena is going pretty well nonstop as is the indoor pool. World renowned Algonquin Park is only a 1/2 hour from Huntsville and is famous for it's camping, hiking, canoeing, fishing, cross country skiing, visitors' centre and wildlife watching. There is also Arrowhead Park, located just 10 minutes north of Huntsville.
