While I have only held my Agent's license for just over two years, I do not lack in Real Estate Sales experience. I was a licensed Real Estate Sales Agent in Nova Scotia, my home province, during the 1980's. Also, I have continuely bought and sold property through the years. I also have extension renovation and construction experience. It is my desire as your Realtor to make the process as easy and enjoyable as possible. Buying or Selling Property can be a stressful time, I try and remove that stress by providing professional but less formal real estate services. I handle as many of the details for you I can.

As your Realtor, it is my job to stay informed on new listings, and get the information to you as fast as possible, so you don't miss out. In case you didn't know, the current Real Estate Directory is ususally 4 days out of date by the time of printing. So if you are not using a Realtor and are relying on the newspaper and directory, you may be missing out on that Home that's just right for you.
