Sunny South Delta

If you want to live in one of the lowest rainfall area's in the Lower mainland, be sure to check out Ladner and Tsawwassen. Ladner is small community with it ties to farming and fishing. Tsawwassen enjoys the ocean all around and is within one hour driving distance to downtown Vancouver and is minutes from the B.C. Ferries service to Vancouver Island and the scenic Gulf Islands.
