Sam has been involved in real estate sales in the Greater Vancouver since the early 1990's. He comes from a family of real estate professionals that have serviced the community for over 20 years. His experience had led him to be involved in project marketing for award winning BOSA Properties in Hong Kong, China, specifically on the Citygate (Vancouver) and Westwood Village (Coquitlam) Projects. He has also presold and resold many apartment units in almost half of the phases in Concert Properties' Collingwood Village Neighbourhood in Vancouver in recent years.
He had been working with his father's real estate sales team since 2003, and ever since he had branched out on his own in 2007, he had obtained the Medallion Club award (individual category) for that 1st year making him one of the top 10% of all BC realtors in terms of sales for 2007. He had sold approximately 50 homes/ends (MLS & Project sales) in 2007.
He had qualified for Medallion Club thereafter for each consecutive year.
