During my youth I volunteered with a real estate office in the UK. Since, i've acquired various qualifications including a B.Sc Hons in Valuation Estate Management & a National Diploma in Land Administration. In 2001 I moved to Toronto permanently and completed my Ontario Real Estate Association permanent sales representative qualifications. In 2005 I began working with Sutton Group Associates realty inc Brokerage, helping facilitate real estate transactions within the GTA.
Over the past 15yrs I have assisted on build sites with the municipal bulding services & structural engineers departments and several building projects including historic building renovation. My last position in the UK was Head of Maintenance for a property management company overseeing 600 residences which included frequent building inspections for repair approvals.
