Having previously worked as an electrical engineer, my approach to real estate is professional and based on a strong work ethic.
In 1987, after 5 successful years working as an electrical engineer, I decided I like people more than machines, most days. I choose a new career in real estate. Since then, I have built a strong real estate business servicing the needs of discriminating purchasers and vendors. The majority of my business comes from referrals made by many satisfied customers and other real estate agents.
When working as agent for the purchaser, my approach is thorough, patient and without pressure. Let me help you analyze your needs and then find the house that best suits those requirements. I will make sure that you are aware of current pricing and market trends, before you buy. My aim is to help you identify exceptional homes and then negotiate strongly on your behalf.
When working as agent for the vendor, I do not wait for other agents to sell your home. Over the past 24 years, I have personally found the purchaser for 1 in 6 of my sold listings; the industry average is roughly 1 in 20. I will help you to realize your home's maximum potential. We can discuss cost effective touch-ups and renovations to improve your home's appeal and marketability. Accurate pricing, knowledge of market trends, and prompt phone response are crucial for achieving the maximum sale price.
Some people like to spell my name Randy Stevenson, I do not mind.
