Ross was born and raised in Victoria and has enjoyed being an "Island Boy" all his life. He started his Real Estate career in the Victoria area and then moved up to Parksville/Qualicum Beach in the early '70's. He found it was the best place to live, raise a family and that selling Real Estate was a natural fit.
Shirley was raised in the Okanagan, lived in northern BC then moved to Parksville and entered the Real Estate business in 1977. For the last 20 years they have worked in a partnership. They have seen the local Villages become Towns and Cities while the rural areas have opened up new opportunities for families and retirees. Over the years they have worked successfully with hundreds of happy homeowners, builders & numerous corporate clients such as MacMillan Bloedel (later Weyerhaeuser), TimberWest & the Gov't of British Columbia, handling Crown Land sales and have been the marketing agents for major developments such as Englishman River Estates & Qualicum River Estates.
They are pleased to be able to provide a professional perspective that is based on personal knowledge as well as the years of successful experience that they have gathered during their interesting career. Ross & Shirley now concentrate their attention on serving individual sellers & buyers. Together they offer both buyer and seller that extra experience that really makes the difference in today's challenging market.
