Whether you are a First Time Home Buyer or an Experienced Investor, I firmly believe that property is the safest form of investment as it is able to generate both stable rental income as well as long term capital growth. Real Estate is not only someone's dream home but also an investment and one of the most important financial decisions that you will ever make. Over the past 6  1/2 years in Real Estate, I have had the pleasure of Buying and Selling homes throughout the Peel Region, Greater Toronto Area and the Halton Region and have met many incredible people along the way, and some of whom have become my friends.

The Buying and Selling of a home is often an emotional and sometimes very difficult experience. Having an experienced Mississauga Real Estate Agent who understands that, keeps your best interest in mind and represents you with the highest degree of customer service and professionalism, and who can take as much of the load off as possible is important. The services that I offer are achieved from hard work, perseverance and knowledge of the local surroundings.

I have developed a Full Service approach to the Buying and Selling of Real Estate to make the process as seamless as possible for First Time Home Buyers and as well as Seasoned Investors. The process is pretty much the same in every transaction, the personalities and needs are different. I treat each sale or purchase as if it were my own and my clients like I would want to be treated.

Your satisfaction is my main concern and I am there every step of the way and ensure that you are aware of all the options and that you are comfortable with your decision. I look forward to the opportunity of becoming your trusted real estate resource.

Sincerely

Rouble Dhaliwal

Did you know that Mississauga is one of the cities whose name comes from an Aboriginal source. According to the Indian and Northern Affairs Canada, Mississauga is named after the Mississauga people who live in the area and describes the mouth of the river. Michi or Missi means "Many" and Saki, "Outlet" a river having several outlets. Heritage Mississauga translates the meaning of "Mississauga" as "River of the North With Many Mouths".

Mississauga was created from the amalgation of many small towns and villages including: Clarkson, Cooksville, Dixie, Erindale, Malton, Meadowvale, Port Credit and Streetsville. However, it was only in 1974 when Port Credit (Village on The Lake) and Streetsville (Village in The City) joined Mississauga that Mississauga was incorporated as a City.

The following is some useful data from the City of Mississauga that contains urban planning related reports and data. The Information Planning Research Unit manages statistical data, including: population, demographics, growth forecasts, housing, employment, census,  land use, environment etc.

Mississauga Neighbourhoods: Applewood Acres, Applewood Hills, Applewood Heights, City Centre (Square One), Clarkson, Cooksville, Churchill Meadows, Creditview, Credit Mills, Derry West, Dixie, Erindale, Erin Mills, Gordon Woods, Heartland, Lakeview, Levi Creek, Lisgar, Lorne Park, Malton, Meadowvale, Meadowvale Village, Mineola West, Mineola East, Mississauga Road, Mississauga Valley, Port Credit, Rattray Marsh, Sheridan Homelands, Sherwood Forest, Streetsville
