The Difference is Attitude! Philip’s background is in the areas of farming and machinery dealership including the supply of farm inputs in Western Canada. He began his real estate career in 1979. Philip has been selling farms in Ontario and Western Canada since that time and has actively been involved with the overseas market in Western Europe. Philip has built his reputation with his knowledge and expertise in the marketing and negotiating of the sale of large commercial farm operations. Philip also was involved in the management and ownership of a 1,600 acres cash crop/hog farm operation in Manitoba until spring 2009.
