I have always love working with people.  Being people-oriented and service-oriented has been evident in me eversince I was in my student days -  involvement in student council body, joined a heap of extra curricular activities, organized many fun filled and successful student projects and events.  At the same time, I always have the penchant and passion for rules and regulations, for policies,  for contracts, for legalities and laws - and I love the idea of independence - of being able to work on my own, to make my own decision, to be able to assist and help others, and be of service - and to be involved in discussion, in choosing, in decision making.  Thus I ended up in Real Estate.  After a long journey in the early phase of my career and my life in general.

I obtained my baccalaureate degree,  Bachelor of Science in Tourism, at Centro Escolar University in the Philippines. I later  took up M. A. in Southeast Asian Studies and Bachelor of  Laws (Llb), also in the Philippines.  My professional background started with real estate, then shifted to travel and tourism, education, legal, information technology, administration, and as you would note, back to real estate.

In 2005, I enrolled for the Real Estate Trading Services Course at the University of British Columbia’s Sauder School of Business.  I took up the Licensure Examination for Realtors in 2006 and obtained my  license that same year. The road to being a Realtor has never been easy - but as I gradually make my own space in this competitive and dignified industry, I gather more - mentally, physically, emotionally, and even spiritually.  I enjoy being here and I love my craft.  I take pride in saying that in the span of time I have been in this business, I have always make my clients happy and satisfied.  I strive to do more and learn more and I would gladly - happily,  help and assist you with your real estate needs!
