I have been selling real estate full time for 20 years now.My past background includes a structural engineering degree from Carleton University and many years working in Calgary for Lamb McManus Assoc's.While there,among many projects,I worked as the site engineer on a 720. ft. long bridge over the Bow River and a siamese coal silo in Hinton, Alta.I was also the design engineer for a major Calgary golf course club house and the project engineer for the first triple 'A' baseball stadium in Canada, the Calgary Cannons (the farm team of the Seattle Mariners major league baseball team).
When I came back to Ottawa for family reasons,I was offered several large engineering jobs.However,friends of mine were in the real estate business and thought I would be pefectly suited to a business where many client issues and time frames were constantly being worked with.As well,I felt it was time to enter the business I had been interested in for many years.
