WHO AM I?
I have been successfully selling Real Estate in Toronto and Mississauga since 1986, as well as owning and managing a Sutton Group franchise in the west end of Toronto and Mississauga for 18+ years.
As a real estate professional I believe my job is primarily service. Buying or Selling a house is one of the largest decisions a person will make and statistically one of the most stressful. A person does not buy a house as one would buy clothing, furniture or even a car, this is not a “sale” that a realtor can or should push someone into. People are buying and selling their home, it is an emotional decision, therefore I see my role as a third party expert. I assist people with this process, providing house sellers and home buyers with the service and information they require to make a knowledgeable, level headed decision, one that they will be completely satisfied with on the date of closing.
The key to my success has been providing the highest standard of dedication and commitment to my clients! Working with clients who are satisfied with my professional real estate services and who experience a smooth transition into their new living situation allows me to enjoy my job immensely.
