Hello and Thank You for visiting my web site!

Barrie has been home for most of my life. Barrie and the Surrounding areas have a lot to offer those with diverse interest's. We have a Great Downtown with lot's of shops, restaurants, theatre, nightlife and cafe's. The South End of Barrie provides even more shopping and activites and is a popular choice for commuters and families to live. We have one of The Best Waterfronts around, in my opinion! Being close to Toronto is great for commuters and those who need the Big City lifestyle once in a while. Skiing and Georgian Bay are within a 10 to 30 minute drive.... what more could you ask for? Barrrie is a Great Place to call 'Home' for any age!

My background is in construction and renovation and I am familiar with almost every aspect of building or renovating a home, City, Condo or Acreage. If I don't know the answer to a question I will ask a professional in that area of expertise. I feel this experience and knowledge helps me when looking for a home for my clients and I enjoy finding a 'Diamond in the Rough' in a great location, one that has good bones but just needs some minor repairs and TLC to increase its value and bring it back to it's former glory!

For those who are looking for a move in ready house I will thoroughly research the area, and previous comparable 'Sold homes' to make sure the home they are buying is priced fairly according to it's condition. This is very important not only for area residents but especially for out of town buyers who are not familiar with housing cost's in our area.

My Number One Goal is too provide 'Excellent Customer Service' and have a 'Satisfied Client for Life'! Repeat Business from my Clients, and Referrals to Family and Friends are the Greatest Compliment I can Receive. Please call or email me anytime for Real Estate information, to discuss the prospect of Buying a home, or if you would like a Complimentary Market Evaluation of your current home.

Sincerely,

Michelle Archer
