Leo began a career in real estate in 2003 joining his wife Angelika with over 25 years’ experience. He graduated from Ryerson with a Bachelor of Technology Degree in Industrial Engineering, and spent 35 years as an engineer leading many projects to successful completion, most notably, a 3 year, 3 million dollar project for the Ford Windstar launch in the early 1990’s that was featured on the covers of Material Handling Engineering (Major US Publication) and Materials Management & Distribution (Canadian Publication).
Leo also holds a number of Canadian, European & US patents on a unique product.Leo specialises dealing with buyers and brings the same creativeness, hard work, attention to detail, contractual knowledge & negotiating skills honed while working on engineering projects to real estate negotiations in order to get Buyers their very best possible deal.
