It has always been Louise's nature to embrace challenges and put herself to the test. She attributes this trait to her upbringing in Mississauga, Brampton and Oakville with her sisters and parents. Her parents Gilyan Crew and Barry Meckiffe were Realtors throughout her childhood and into adulthood. It's only natural that she would follow in their footsteps and have a unique perspective and work ethic.

Louise recalls listening to her parents Real Estate stories which inspired her and offered her a unique perspective. These stories and experiences became valuable life lessons for Louise. They have had an enormous impact on her personally and professionally. "My father taught me so much about the business in a technical sense but more importantly he taught me how to make every moment count. He inspired me to get out there and be passionate and compassionate about everything I do."

Presently, Louise is working very closely with her mother Gilyan Crew who has over 30 years experience. She continues to learn from her mother and they have become a dynamic Team with a lot to offer.
