Janice Weisfeld

Janice was born and raised in the heart of Toronto. She loves the City and all it has to offer. Having over twenty-five years of Real Estate experience, she remains successful during all the versatile Toronto markets. Before entering the Real Estate field, she graduated from Guelph University with a B.Sc, and worked as a research assistant at the University of Toronto. Janice decided to enter a Real Estate career after going through the challenges of buying her first home.  

Janice has owned and renovated her own homes; and invested in condos and lofts within downtown Toronto. She has extensive experience in selling new developments, as well as resale homes and condos. She volunteers at the Toronto Real Estate Board as a member of the Condominium Task Force and is also a member of the Toronto Condo Network. 

In raising the proverbial two kids and a dog, she has gained knowledge of what makes a home and neighbourhood vital. 
 
 Because of the high level of personal service she provides, she has enjoyed a business based on repeat clients and referrals, but always welcomes new clients with enthusiasm.Nothing shows success better than that!
