I am the author of "Foreclosures and Court Ordered Sales" which was written for and published by the British Columbia Real Estate Association. The book is a topic of seminar for the BCREA continued educational program. The seminar gives a clear understanding of the steps involved in a residential foreclosure proceeding. Instructed throughout British Columbia by two local lawyers, Michael Walker and Jack Micner.
