I am the author of the Realtor's Continued Professional Educational manual entitled "Foreclosures and Court Ordered Sales" which was written for and published by the British Columbia Real Estate Association. The book is a most popular topic of seminar for the BCREA continued educational program. The seminar gives a clear understanding of the steps involved in a residential foreclosure proceeding. Instructed throughout British Columbia by two local lawyers, Michael Walker and Jack Micner.
I have also been the Marketing Agent, under contract, for Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation for a period of 6 years.
