REALTORS® in Regina use a system called "Matrix" This is the platform that they use to collect the most current information and to communicate with each other. The Multiple Listing Service® is the combined co-operative effort of hundreds of licensed REALTORS®,all working to bring buyers and sellers of real estate together.
From "Matrix" the information is uploaded (not instantly) to a site named "realtor.ca" This public site contains all the information from real-estate boards across Canada (realtor.ca is the public side of all these boards)......search realtor.ca
Individual companies then download from realtor.ca and re-brand the information onto their branded company sites. These sites may offer more convenient search tools and allow the Realtor to monitor customer interest but may not be as current as realtor.ca .........search suttonregina.ca
Whether buying or selling you’ll want to use the internet to get the most current relevant information about new offerings. Waiting for this information to arrive at realtor.ca or the repackaged company sites may not be the quickest way to get information.
