Contact me to find out why after years of living elsewhere in Canada I have relocated to my home town and choose to live and work here. This is the greatest four season recreation area in the country in my opinion. I take pleasure and pride in showing the area attractions off to visitors and clients who are thinking of relocating to Huronia. I am well acquainted with real estate availability and values and as a history buff have a lot of knowledge in other areas that can assist clients to find a property to suit their needs and interests.
My personal interests are history, community work, recreational sports and family. Many members of my large extended family still reside in the area and were some of the original settlers in Springwater Township.
I was an independent real estate broker for many years before joining Sutton Group for their marketing and administrative support programs. This allows me more time personally to better serve my clients which is what I enjoy doing and believe is really the role of the realtor. My goal is to provide more service to the client than they expect before, during and after the sale since in relocating to the area they will also become a neighbour and in many cases, a friend.
During my years in real estate, I have bought and sold for myself and clients homes, businesses, income properties, waterfront and recreational lots, acreages, and hobby farms and have developed expertise in all areas of real estate sales.
