Jim entered the Vancouver real estate business in as a licensed salesman with Canada Permanent Trust on Vancouver’s west side. Selling residential homes, condos and revenue properties he quickly attained top sales and Medallion Club status.
He became the agent/manager for 2 large local real estate offices which became the largest area offices with greatest sales and volumes. He initiated and supervised the sales and marketing of several condominium projects and has overseen thousands of real estate transactions.
Jim has conducted hundreds of sales meetings, presentations and training seminars and has served on arbitration and business practice committees. Currently, he serves on the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver Professional Standards Committee and is a course instructor for the British Columbia Real Estate Association.
Jim sells real estate in the greater Vancouver area where he specializes in residential and condo sales.
