My specialty is obtaining good investment returns from Arizona real estate. I have been buying, repairing and leasing foreclosed single family homes for over 3 years for my own portfolio, and am looking forward to helping others do the same.
My experience with Arizona real estate began in the spring of 2008, when home prices were still dropping in the wake of the sub-prime crisis. I soon learned that buying a home for profit was more complicated than I expected. Fortunately, I had the funds to persevere and progressively learned how to create a successful portfolio of single family homes using my own money, and how to buy and flip homes for profit using both my own money and investor funds.
