I have always taken great pride in what I do. When I decided to become a real estate salesperson, I decided to take what I learned from previously purchasing homes and apply that to my career. I do the best I can and try to put myself in my clients shoes eg. if it were my money what would I do.
In over 24 years of selling real estate, I have never asked my client to put in an offer on a property. I educate my clients the best that I can about real estate, the market and the value of homes and when all is said and done they are normally quite comfortable and confident to make a choice on their own with what they have learned. I apply no pressure and deal honestly and with integrity with everyone.
