I started in Real Estate in 1993 and joined Sutton Group - West Coast Realty at the Nanaimo office in 2006. Last year we opened the Port Alberni office.
I spent 20 years as a Renovations Specialist and my knowledge of homes, construction, plumbing and electrical, and the development of residential and commercial sites and buildings, have been an asset to my clients.
My 17 years of experience in Real Estate, and Property Management, combined with outstanding negotiation skills and knowledge of the local Real Estate market, enables me to offer clients the highest caliber of advocacy, guidance and assistance. I listen closely to my Buyers and Sellers and translate their needs and desires into an effective, practical system designed to achieve these unique goals.
