I have been living and working in the South Simcoe area since 1980. I have owned and operated a computer sales & service business here for 16 years which I closed in 2005 when Real Estate became my passion. I also have recent training in financial planning. I am raising a family of 3 boys ages ranging from 16 - 21 with the help of my loving wife Shelli. I love skiing in the winter, and canoeing in the summer. We grab our bikes and tour the town and countryside whenever the mood strikes.
I have helped out in the community this past year with Habitat for Humanity, the Heart & Stroke Foundation, and Crime Stoppers.
I really enjoy educating both first time buyers, and anyone who hasn't bought a house in the last five years or more due to the changes in the industry. I have a team of professionals with expertise in mortgage financing, financial planning, home inspection, insurance and real estate and family law. We all share the common goal of putting the client first!
