Dawn started her career with real-estate in Calgary, Alberta, in 1977 working for Block Brothers. Within one year she had earned her Diamond Club award and continued to be a high profile salesperson in that area until 1983. At this time she moved to Crofton-Chemainus Valley, re-establishing her sales career in 1985. Since then she has consistently earned high producer awards. In addition to selling commercial, development and residential properties, she is very much involved in promoting Chemainus. Dawn is currently working on the Chemainus Quay Marina and a proposed Hotel to accommodate the hundreds of tourists that visit the area each year.
