I am one happy camper! Recently, I became heir to a condo in Nanaimo. Knowing absolutely nothing about real estate, I was very anxious and stressed by all the preparation, renovations, paperwork and the selling procedure itself. I had many sleepless nights, rising to near-panic at times. I worried day and night, because I didn’t understand the process. My ignorance made the situation very forbidding.

Then David stepped in. He clearly presented his services and shared his knowledge in a professional and positive manner. He explained the issues I did not previously understand and was at all times pleasant and approachable. He dealt with many of the little issues as well as the big ones, kept the communication lines open, continuously updated us on what was being done and often utilized his calm presence to ease my fears. He also did something I did not expect and will not forget. When my husband became very ill, David cheerfully took on the task of completing the reno work not yet done…and he drove numerous times to Nanaimo from Parksville to do the things that still needed doing. He was honest about what was necessary to get the price we wanted. David truly went the extra mile. He wasn’t afraid nor unwilling to get right in there and do things we couldn’t

Finally, I am grateful that David assessed our condo so accurately that it was successfully sold at a price which delighted us. We would not have had such peace of mind and a satisfying sale without David! We thank him for exceeding our expectations and taking everything into his capable hands, while caring about us and being ‘there’ for us no matter what.
