Hobbies:

My passions include working on and playing with computers. I just got a Mac and I love it. I also enjoy photography. Wild life and portraits are my favorites, but I do take the occassional "snap shot".  My dream is to be able to travel and see the world.

Community Interests:

I am a member of the Parksville Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie #3922 where our motto is " People Helping People". I guess this is my way of giving back to the community where I live and work. On average we raise in our community and FOR our community $35,000.00 a year with only 50 members.

Mission Statement:

It is the mission of David to consistently provide the highest quality, most innovative and exceptional real estate service available anywhere in Parksville, Qualicum Beach and surrounding areas.

David’s client's needs always come first. He strives to always provide value far in excess of his client's expectations. His constant goal is mutual respect, and long term relationships that are beneficial to all parties.

He is positive, helpful, and enthusiastic at all times - always focusing on solution, not challenges. He takes care of business first and foremost, but has fun and enjoys himself in the process.

He runs a clean, organized, and efficient operation, and always adheres to the highest standards of integrity and ethical business practices.

He never rests on his accomplishments. He constantly strives to create, develop, and implement new ideas, strategies and services that will benefit his clients. He continues to seek continuing education in all aspects of his business to increase the level of service he offers his clients.

-Continually improve our services to exceed our client's expectations.
