Having lived in the same house for 16 years it was almost untinkable for us to make a move even though we were well aware that we had outgrown our home. Our Realtor ensured that the house we were selling showed to full potential. He was instrumental in finding us a few contractors to choose from when we needed to have our deck completed before the sale. He was always available for consultation.
