Dianna Harper

Dianna was born and raised in Peel Region and still calls Caledon home today, because she believes it’s one of the best places to live in Canada. As a third generation Realtor, her passion for Real Estate comes naturally and started early.  Combine that with the experience of having bought, sold, renovated and flipped houses, and toss in a few years in Commercial Property Management and Dianna knows what it feels like to be on every side of the “deal”. 

Before becoming a Full-Time Real Estate Professional, Dianna spent almost a decade being invited into people's homes across the GTA as a Paramedic and Field Training Officer with Toronto EMS where she acquired a wealth of diversified experiences from which to draw from and a knack for genuinely empathizing with others.  Dianna is accustomed to dealing with people at some of the most stressful moments of their lives and knows what it takes to guide them through, and believes that it usually begins with having the ability and patience to truly listen and try to relate.  Dianna believes that Real Estate is as much about people as it is about houses, and that buying or selling Real Estate should be a safe, smooth and enjoyable process.  Having a Realtor that knows she can't meet your expectations until she understands them, makes all the difference.

Dianna’s success in Real Estate comes from a combination of skill, on-going training and a unique sense of what clients really want. Her personable, honest approach, keen business sense and uncompromising integrity enable her to ensure her client’s expectations are not merely met, but surpassed. Every time.  All the time.

Having earned the prestigious designations of Senior Real Estate Specialist and Accredited Senior Agent, Dianna has specialized training and skills on how you help mature and senior homeowners deal with the issues that are unique and specific to them and the resources take a lot of the burden off, not only their shoulders, but their family members as well.

Dianna also has specialized training on the unique needs of Buyer’s in today’s market and has worked tirelessly to complete her Accredited Buyer’s Representative designation so that she can offer a higher level of duty and care to her Buying clients than is widely available to them.

At home in Caledon with her husband and two children, you are more apt than not to find her outside than in.  The sign on her deck that says “I live in the Garden, I just sleep in the house” sums up Dianna's passion for gardening and the outdoors. Interior decorating, antiques, yoga and travel round out her other interests. Dianna is an avid supporter of Multiple Sclerosis, Cancer and Alzheimer and their victims and proudly participates in the annual Walk for MS.
