Dave's Fave! (yes, it's true)
Well, I got robbed at Barton and John St. My wallet was stolen, I got punched in the face, and have two broken teeth, and my back and leg are hurt from when I fell to the ground. It was quite a welcome to Hamilton.
Other than that, I am very happy with my home. I have done some renovations, put in a new bamboo floor in the kitchen and dining area, and am about to paint.

As a first-time home buyer, I obviously had a LOT of questions and was calling Dave on a daily basis, especially eary on in the process. I was really impressed with Dave's level of knowledge and readiness in answering my endless questions. If he wasn't sure about something, he would do his research and always got back to me promptly. I noticed he had a keen sense in finding potential houses that would suit my needs (and wants), which meant we did not waste time visiting houses I probably would not be interested in.
Throughout the entire process, Dave always gave me enough room to make my own decisions and never tried to influence me, while being totally open if I wanted his honest feedback. This whole endeavor was a big step for me-I was nervous and sometimes felt I had no idea what I was getting myself into, but I could count on Dave's common sense to ease my mind and restore my confidence. Thanks to him, this experience ended up being tremendously enjoyable and rewarding.
I thoroughly appreciated Dave's availability, honesty, professionalism and confidence, which I think are essential assets, especially for a first-time buyer like myself, and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone interested in buying or selling a home!
