The perspective I have as a REALTOR has been informed by twenty years of experience in the field of adult education and community development; working in areas of social housing, literacy and career development. My life/work has always been oriented to assisting others to build on their personal assets (skills, abilities, finances), to increase their capacity to achieve goals they have set for themselves.
My background strongly informs my practise as a REALTOR. My mindset is one that encourages taking the time to ask necessary questions, identifying the steps necessary to get to where you want to be, and aligning the right mix of resources and support to help my clients get to where they want to be!
