"We would like to thank Carolyn for the amazing job she did helping us find the perfect home! She went above and beyond her job as a real estate agent and made the buying process a pleasant experience. At one point we were worried that we would not get the house that we wanted, as it was a multiple offer situation. However, Carolyn went out of her way to come to our house, get all the papers signed and personally presented our offer in the final hour (11:50 p.m.) at the owner’s house. Carolyn texted us with any questions or concerns the listing agent/homeowner had so we were able to deal with every thing right away. Within a few minutes the homeowners decided to work with our offer. They even put back in the inclusions we wanted after they scratched them out because Carolyn was so accommodating. We have to thank Carolyn for being completely responsible for us getting the house. She is very personable (she made us laugh when she showed up with her toothbrush and toothpaste – said time was of the essence and while we signed the papers, she brushed her teeth! Haha), she's easy to work with, and she did a great job negotiating on our behalf. It was a fun journey and she allowed us to have a stress-free experience.
