I started my real estate career a few years ago by taking a position as a receptionist at Coldwell Banker doing conveyancing and learning my way around the office and through contracts.  I soon realized that I too could learn the business and become a Realtor. 
In the spring of 2007, I started my education at the University of British Columbia and quickly worked my way through the course and obtained my Real Estate License.  Not too much later I joined Sutton Group West Coast Realty and here I am to offer my Real Estate services.
 
Through previous experience with contractors and various trades, I have learned the routes of building a custom, new construction home as well as full scale character home renovations.  With the acquired knowledge of the building process, I offer many helpful resources to you. 
 
I have lived on the Island for over 17 years and have witnessed the progress and development of a once small mine town become a bustling University and Cultural destination.  Having lived in Parksville, Lantzville and Nanaimo-I am happy to pass on my insight of each area and help you find your dream location.
