Margaret, Grant & Myself would like to express our heartfelt thanks for the endless hours Angie devoted in finding a home for our son Grant who, as a first time home buyer, was most apprehensive. However Angie put his mind to rest and immediately searched for a suitable Condo. We looked at a few, and Angie quickly new what my son wanted even though he was unable, because of business commitments, to see them. We found the ideal location and Condo, but the asking price was too high. Eric is a qualified appraiser and was able to give us sound advice. Negotiations started and to put it mildly they become extremely difficult and we would have thrown up our hands in despair, Angie however, is an optimist and would not give up.

Shw worked all hours keeping us informed and determination paid off. My son now has an excellent Condo!!

I was first introduced to Eric and Angie in early September. Some friends of mine said that they had worked with them and found them to be very efficient and helpful real estate agents. I made the call and Eric set up an appointment right away to find out what my objective was. At the meeting they introduced themselves and gave me an idea of how they work, as well they wanted to see what I was looking for to make sure they would be able to help me in my search.

Right from the initial meeting I found both of them to be very warm and friendly and quite knowledgeable. Both Eric and Angie are professional and dedicated to what they do. I had a very good idea of the building I wanted to live in and the price that I was willing to spend. Eric was pleased to see that I knew exactly what I wanted but, I was a little worried with the market being on such an upward climb that it would be next to impossible to find the specifics that I required. They said they would try their best to see what they could come up with.

There was nothing available at the time, in the building that I wanted so I knew I would have to wait. Immediately Angie sent out fliers to the building to see if there was anyone interested in selling their unit. I got a call from Angie 1 week later saying that there was a unit that I might be interested in. That night we went in to see it. It was exactly what I wanted. I was so happy that I made an offer that night, which was accepted the next day.

Throughout the entire time I have been able to ask questions and get immediate responses whenever I had a concern. Plus Eric and Angie are willing to go the extra mile to make their clients happy.

To my suprise I only had to look at one unit and found a place that I know I am going to be happy in. A very warm thank you to both Eric and Angie for your time and dedication.

To whom it may concern

Well, selling a house is supposed to be one of the most stressful times in your life. With Eric and Angie it was absolutely stress free. The only downside of the experience  was that it only lasted 4 days.
