After working in the restaurant industry for 10 years I turned my attention to Real Estate Sales in search of a career that would not only challenge me more but also provide me with increased independence.
One of my favourite aspects of working in my family run restaurant was the interpersonal interaction with the customers. I have always enjoyed working and communicating with people, which is why becoming a real estate agent, was so important to me.
In 2004, I obtained my Real Estate license and joined Sutton Group 1st West Realty. Presently, I'm working with one of the top and most diverse agents in the Tri-Cities areas (Eric Linquist B.A CRA). Being a part of his team has allowed me to gain knowledge from his 27 years experience as an award winning real estate agent and Certified Residential Appraiser. Eric's construction company, which has been building quality homes since 1986, has provided me with the rare opportunity to be included in the construction process of building and renovating homes. Also, being actively involved with Eric's appraisal company has shown me different aspects to the real estate field and has allowed me to gain further knowledge of the real estate market and industry.
Working with a real estate agent when selling or purchasing a home is a process I do not take lightly. Being instrumental in the handling of probably your single largest financial asset is something that needs the critical attention and guidance from someone who cares and who is looking out for your best interest.
