Don't try to time the market

The timing for buying or selling a house or a condominium is a personal one rather than a market driven one. No matter what the experts say, no one has a chrystal ball and many a hopeful buyer has been left in the dust waiting for the market to turn down just another crank.

Sellers who waited too long for prices to go "through the roof" have similarly been disappointed not to get the price they were anticipating based on media reporting. My advice is to do what you need to do when you need to do it.  Find yourself a good realtor, a scout who can guide you through the maze.
