Our staff is extremely experienced, very dedicated, knowledgeable and personable. They are great! Tess Baechler, our main Conveyancer, has been with our office for over 19 years and Tina Bursdzius in Administration has been with us for over 12 years. Wow….talk about dedication! ~ OUR LOCATION ~
Our office is located at the corner of Chatterton Way and Quadra Street at the Pat Bay Highway (in the Broadmead/Royal Oak area). It is a hub location serving all of Victoria and the surrounding areas and is easily accessed on your way into town from the ferries or the airport. While visiting our location, you won’t want to miss a walk through beautiful Rithet’s Bog (just across the street). Here you will find all kinds of wildlife, plants, and flowers. Several benches are located throughout the bog for your use. Bring your bread and seed to feed the ducks. They’re waiting for you (and so are we)!!!
