Gail started her real estate career in 1988 after many years with Ministry of Environment, initially working with Sutton Medallion Realty on Scott Road in Surrey listing and selling throughout the entire Metro Vancouver area. In addition to being a consistent top producer she also has her 9.15 (broker) designation allowing her to own and manage her own businesses and now the Sutton Office in Gibsons. Gail has had property on the Sunshine Coast since 1987 and made the Sunshine Coast her full time home in 2002. During that time Gail has seen tremendous growth and changes in all aspects of real estate and works very hard at keeping well informed both of changing real estate regulations and of properties for sale on the market. Gail always strives to exceed her client’s expectations.
