Sutton Office Celebrates 15 Years in Community

 Sault Ste. Marie, ON - Sutton Group - Sault Ste. Marie Realty Inc.* is celebrating their 15th Anniversary in 2008. The office has been very successful since opening its doors in 1993. Several changes have been made over the years and the future looks bright. In addition, Broker of Record Gordon Henderson has involved the office in a variety of community activities.

Sutton Group - Sault Ste. Marie Realty Inc.* will celebrate their 15th Anniversary in July 2008. Throughout the years, the office has maintained a strong market presence regardless of the market situation. "We hold at least 20% of the market", said Gordon. The office has implemented some changes to the office that include technology upgrades and creating a large boardroom for in-office training. 22 Realtors **currently belong to the office.

The community has always been very important to Gordon Henderson and Sutton Group - Sault Ste. Marie Realty Inc.*. Gordon currently belongs to the local Chamber of Commerce, Sault Ste. Marie Homebuilders Association and the Canadian Federation of Independent Business. He was the President of the Sault Ste. Marie Real Estate Board, where he won an outstanding contributions award and two President's awards. In addition, he was the past President of the Kiwanis Club and won the award for Kiwanian of the year in 2000. The office supports hockey, soccer, curling teams, the local theatre, and a variety of youth organizations. "I encourage agents to get involved; their network will evolve through their community participation", expressed Gordon.

The office has several plans for the future. They wish to uphold their market presence, recruit new Realtors** and ride the wave of prosperity. Gordon Henderson looks forward to the coming years with confidence and believes that " if you want something done, give it to someone busy".
