Popular London Neighbourhoods:

Argyle - Situated northeast of the downtown core with convenient access to Fanshawe College, Argyle offers modestly-priced townhouses, apartments and single-family homes.

Byron - Not many city neighbourhoods have ski hills but this one does!  Located west of downtown, Byron has mainly detached homes and a small number of townhouses and condos.

Highland - Located near the Highlands Golf Club, this affluent neighbourhood consists mainly of single-family homes but also townhouses and apartment buildings.

Medway - Encompassing the beautiful Medway Valley Heritage Forest and within minutes of the University of Western Ontario, Medway is a popular place to live with modestly-priced houses and a smaller number of townhouses and apartments.

Oakridge - This attractive neighbourhood offers close proximity to two golf courses, the Sifton Bog and the Thames River.  Housing consists almost exclusively of single-family homes although there are some condos.

Westmount - Westmount has many parks, the Civic Garden Complex, plenty of retail, and a good mix of condos and detached homes in price ranges from moderate to high-end.

London Suburbs:

St. Thomas - Located approximately 20km south of London, St. Thomas has many parks and an airport.  Housing ranges from cozy, heritage homes to spacious, newer suburban homes.

Southwold - This tiny town set in gently rolling farmland offers hobby farms, estates and affordable heritage homes within a 30-minute drive to London.
