How do I search for Sutton listings?

Scroll down the front page and locate the region.
Click on the city in which you’re looking for listings.
If you wish to filter the results, click on the “Filter Results” tab or, on the right hand side, select your specifications.
Click on “Search” and the chosen listings will be displayed.

How do I use the search bar on the front page?

How can I find a specific Sutton Realtor®?

Click on the “Realtor® Search” link left of “Author of the Week” on the front page.
Type in the Realtor’s® information and other relevant search criteria.
Click on “Search”. The information for the chosen Realtor® will be displayed.
Click on the Realtor’s® Last Name and you will be directed to their Sutton Homepage.
Click on “Contact” to send an email to the Realtor®.
Click on “Office Name” to be directed to their office website.

How can I find a Sutton office in my area?

Click on “Offices” on the menu bar at the top of the page.
If you know the name of the office, type in the “Office Name” and click “Search”.
Click on the “Name” of the office. This will direct you to their Sutton Homepage.
If you do not know the office name, type in the “City”, “Province” or “Region” and click “Search”.
Scroll down to find an office you wish to contact.
Click on the “Name” of the office. This will direct you to the office’s Sutton Homepage.

How can I find the meaning of a specific word?

Click on “DICTIONARY” in the top menu of the front page.
Enter the “Term” under “Search Dictionary” on the right hand side of the page and click “Search”.
You may also search for your word alphabetically. Click on the first letter of the word that you are searching for and then click on the word itself.

What is Homebase?

Homebase is a password protected Intranet (a computer network that can be accessed only by authorized persons) designed exclusively for Sutton Realtors®. It is not accessible to the general public.

What are Mini-links?

When you search for a particular Sutton office, Realtor®, or listing a results page will show. If you notice in the address bar, the URL is quite long.
Clicking on the Mini-link button on the right hand side of the page presents you with a shortened URL.
Copy and paste the shortened address into an email, for example, to more easily share search results with others.
